DISHWASHER PROBLEMS

CONSTANT/LOUD NOISES

We are experienced in fixing dishwasher issues that can cause loud noises to come from the appliance. The source of the sounds is either a broken washer arm bearing, pump housing or motor bushing. Because these are all common problems, you can rely on us to repair them right away!

LEAKING WATER

There are two reasons a dishwasher leaks water. The first reason is there’s an issue with the door latch or closure and the part will need a replacement. Another cause is a failed water inlet valve that will need to be fixed soon after our arrival to your house. We have the replacement parts to fix GE, Whirlpool, LG and common brands of dishwashers.

WON’T START

If a dishwasher will not start or turn on, you confirm the appliance is plugged in and that none of the circuit breakers. If this is not the issue, then the problem might be related to the door closure switches, electronic controls, thermal fuses or motor relays.

DOESN’T DRAIN/FILL

A dishwasher should fill with water and drain the water after cleaning the dishes. A dishwasher does not fill when there is a broken door latch or float switch or broken water inlet valve. A dishwasher doesn’t drain if there’s a malfunctioning drain pump motor or drain hose on the unit.

DOESN’T CLEAN DISHES

A dishwasher isn’t much use if dishes are always dirty following a cycle. The dishes will sometimes be dirty if there’s a broken housing gasket, water tube or filter or spray arm. We have parts to fix each of these common dishwasher problems in no time.

WON’T DRY DISHES

The reasons to own a dishwasher is for the appliance to wash and dry dishes. You don’t want to hand dry your dishes and silverware after a cycle. Your dishwasher will not dry if there’s a broken heating element, rinse aid dispenser or thermostat. We can fix or replace manufacturer parts related to the drying functions of all brands and types of dishwashers.

WON’T DISPENSE SOAP

In order for a dishwasher to be able to wash dishes, it should be able to dispense soap or detergent in the appliance. This doesn’t occur when there’s a broken timer, bi-metal release or wax motor.
